The crisis rocking the Ohanaeze Ndigbo is far from over as the Youth Council has issued a 7-day resignation notice to the publicity secretary of the apex-Igbo socio-cultural organization, Mr. Uche Achi-okpaga. This formed part of the decision taken by the OYC during their meeting on Sunday. In a statement signed by its publicity secretary, Engr. Obinna Adibe, they slammed Achi-okpaga for dishing out junk and falsehood to the society. While noting that he lacked the mental capacity and wherewithal to speak for Ndigbo, they gave him a 7-day ultimatum to either resign or be disgraced out of office. This followed a statement credited to Achi-okpaga where he claimed that the Ohanaeze Youth Council was suspended by Ime Obi, Ohanaeze highest decision making body.
