Pakistan Girls Education Activist Malala Yousafzai Visit Acting President Yemi Osinbanjo



Acting President Yemi Osinbajo today received the founder of the Malala Fund and girls’ education activist, Malala Yousafzai at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. Malala, the Pakistani school girl who survived an attack by the Taliban, met with the Acting President at the State House in Abuja as part of activities to mark her visit to Nigeria which is the second in three years. She visisted Nigeria for the first time in 2014 shortly after theChibok school girls were abducted by Boko Haram members. 
Leading a delegation of seven including her Dad, Malala who is the youngest-ever Nobel Prize laureate, reiterated her goal to an end to the deprivation of education among the girl child. The meeting with Osinbajo started at about 6pm and was held behind closed doors
