Actress Halima Abubakar Suffering From Complications From Her Fibroid Surgery- Brother Reveals



Actress Halima Abubakar's brother, Isah Abubakar, today revealed that she is currently suffering from complications from the Fibroid operation she had in India earlier in the year. Recall that in April, Halima disclosed via her IG page that she had just undergone a Fibroid operation. Her Friend Tonto Dikeh, shared a shocking new photo of her online over the weekend.

Isah who manages Halima's social media handles now, gave an update today. He wrote
"On behalf of our big sister,we want to thank everyone who called,commented and prayed for her.we all are grateful.And to Aunty Tonto for being a good friend and for always being there..And to her mentor and guidance The First Lady of Kogi state @rashidayahayabello for being an example of love,and kindness towards our sister who had complications from fibroid. We love and pray for God to keep uplifting you for all you do for every one.For being a mother to our sister.Your kindness will never go in vain. The surreal video became so popular that it  "broke" YouTube's play counter , exceeding the maximum possible number of views (2,147,483,647), and forcing the company to  rewrite its code . Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, yesterday, said that the plot to Islamise Nigeria is real but would be resisted. Kanu said that no part of Nigeria within Biafra territory will be islamised in his life time. The IPOB leader said this while addressing a huge crowd of Biafra activists when he visited Nri, the ancestral home of Ndigbo. At Nri, Kanu, who was accompanied by his wife, visited the historic “Ohianwehi” revered as “forest of life” by Igbo tradition. WAEC Releases Results For 2017 May/June WASSCE

There was improvement in the performance of Nigerian candidates after the West African Examination Council (WAEC) on Monday released the results for the 2017 May/June West African Senior School Examinations (WASSCE). A breakdown of the result as announced by the council’s Head of National Office, Monday, Mr Olu Adenipekun, showed that 923,486 candidates representing 59.22 per cent obtained a minimum of credits in five subjects and above including English Language and Mathematics. He observed that 59.22%, percent performance of candidates that obtained five (5) credits and above including English Language and Mathematics in the WASSCE for School Candidates represents an improvement to the result in 2015 and 2016 which was 38.68% and 52.97%, respectively. The percentage of candidates who attained this feat in 2014, 2015 and 2016 diets were 31.28 per cent, 38.68 per cent and 52.97 per cent respectively. East African singer, Diamond Platumz's babymama, Zari Hassan has lost her mom Halima Hassan. This is coming barely two months after the death of her ex-husband, Ivan Semwanga.
