The French club have long been linked with Neymar, but were thwarted last year when he signed a new deal at Camp Nou.
This time round though they are determined not to take no for an answer, and could even match his release clause of €222 million in order to force a move.

The Nigerian government has stated that no one would be left out in the campaign to enlarge the tax revenue. According to dailypost,She said some beggars were earning millions and that “proceeds from begging are taxable. You are supposed to pay taxes even if your means of income is begging”. Startup Raises $20 Million to Build 'YouTube on the Blockchain'

Silicon Valley startup Lino is preparing to take on YouTube with a decentralized, collectively-owned video content distribution system that purports to cut out the middleman to more fairly compensate content creators. The company, which faces competition from Streamspace, Flixxo, Viuly and Stream, all of which are developing similar concepts, received a $20 million vote of confidence from prominent Chinese seed investor Zhenfund during a private token sale, it   announced   today. The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Audu Ogbeh, has said Nigeria is set to supply 130,000 tonnes of roasted cashew nuts to the Walmart Super Market chain in the United States of America. He said the 130,000 cashew is valued at $7 billion. Chief Ogbeh said the US firm came to Nigeria to request for 130,000 tonnes of roasted cashew nuts and their demand is 130,000 tonnes of cashew nuts per annum, with a total value of $7 billion. “We are in conversations with Walmart, the biggest supermarket chain in the US. They came here and asked us to roast cashew nuts for them. “What Nigeria currently does is ship the nuts to Vietnam, which in turn roasts and sell to the US. Jim Vance, one of the first black major news anchors and Washington DC's longest serving local TV host has died at the age of 75 following a long battle with cancer. Station president and general manager, Jackie Bradford in a statement said, 'Jim Vance was not only the soul of NBC4 but of the entire Washington area. His smooth voice, brilliant mind and unforgettable laugh leaves each of us with a tremendous void'. Minister of Information and Culture, Lia Mohammed, has shed more light on plans by the Federal government to stop entertainers and movie makers from shooting their jobs outside the shores of Nigeria. A woman was shot dead by a US police officer after she called 911 to report hearing noise outside her house. Justine Damond, 40, an Australian woman due to get married next month, thought the noise might be a possible assault taking place outside her home, so she decided to get the police involved. Eddie and his family died on Sunday at the Federal Teaching Hospital Abakaliki Ebonyi State, following severe burns sustained from the incident. However Briefing newsmen in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital, the chairman of SWAN, Mr. Chukwuemeka Opara, said Eddie died as a result of gas explosion which occurred in their compound in Ikom, Cross River State, three weeks ago. The incident reportedly affected his entire household, including his neighbour in whose flat the explosion happened.
