Usher Raymond Sued For Negligence, Battery And Emotional Distress In A Fresh $10 Million Lawsuit




Usher slept with a woman earlier this year who had no idea he was exposing her to STD ... according to a new lawsuit she's filed for millions of dollars.

According to the suit, filed by a Jane Doe, she and Usher hooked up in Atlanta on April 16 at her home. She says there was some heavy petting, some kissing, and she performed oral s$x on him. They eventually had intercourse, and she says he wore a condom.

However, in the docs, she says they had s$x again 12 days later this time in a New Orleans hotel room and they did not use a condom.

Cut to this month when Jane Doe says she read news reports about Usher admitting in docs, connected to an earlier legal case, that he has Herpes Simplex 2.

In this new suit, the woman does not say she's infected. She is concerned because she was "exposed" and says she wouldn't have had s$x with Usher if he'd disclosed he has the virus.

She's suing "U.R. IV" Usher Raymond IV for negligence, battery and emotional distress and is seeking at least $10 million in damages.

TMZ reached out Usher's reps, but haven't heard back yet.

TRAGEDY: 14 people burnt to death as tanker collides with commercial bus

Witnesses say the dead, who were consumed in the inferno, include women and children. The accident was said to have occurred at about 12 noon in front of a fuel station, few metres away from the popular Mayfair roundabout. An 18-seater commercial bus heading from Ondo State to Ibadan collided with a diesel-filled tanker that was negotiating a U-turn on the way, witnesses said. It was learnt that on collision, the bus burst into flames, burning most of the passengers beyond recognition. Witnesses told journalists that the extent of damage resulted from the delayed arrival of rescue teams to the accident spot. Nigerians should expect new data price soon – NCC

The Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) has said Nigerians should expect a new data price as soon as an on-going cost-based research is concluded. This was disclosed in Abuja by the Executive Vice Chairman of the NCC, Umar Garba Dambatta during a chat with DAILY POST. According to him, the commission had noticed that the level of data usage was growing across the country and there was need for an affordable and acceptable price floor for data. He said this was necessary in order to forestall a price war in the data sub-segment of the telecommunications industry.
