Sky Habitat is a 38 storey residential development at the heart of Bishan, Singapore. Joh 3 is a residential building in Berlin,Germany, which reinterprets the classic Berliner residential building with its multi-unit structure and green interior courtyard. The sculptural design of the suspended slat facade draws on the notion of landscape in the city, a quality visible in the graduated courtyard garden and the building's silhouette and layout.
The Wave in Vejle is a modern residential building complex by the Skyttehus bay in Vejle, Denmark. It is inspired by the Sydney Opera House by Danish architect Jørn Utzon and the hilly landscape around Vejle Fjord. The Wave in Vejle is designed by Henning Larsen Architects and contains 115 luxury apartments distributed on 14,000 square metres (150,000 sq ft).
The Interlace, one of the largest and most ambitious residential developments in Singapore, presents a radically new approach to contemporary living in a tropical environment. Thirty-one apartment blocks, each standing at six-storeys tall and identical in length, are stacked in a hexagonal arrangement to form eight large open and permeable courtyards. The stacked formations allow light and air to flow through the architecture and surrounding landscape. developed by Capitaland and Hotel Properties Limited, The Interlace covers 170,000 m² of gross floor area and will house 1,040 apartment units of varying size.
Tietgen Dormitory is a student residence located in the Ørestad district of Copenhagen, Denmark. Housing approximately 400 students, it is to be a reference project of international format. The site is located near Copenhagen University in Ørestad North, a recently planned neighbourhood characterized by flowing canals and a consistent, rigid building structure. The simple circular form of the Tietgen Dormitory is an urban response to the context, providing a bold architectural statement in the newly planned area.
