'I Don't Operate Any Facebook Account' - Lagos Police Commissioner, Fatai Owoseni



The spokesperson of the Lagos State Police Command, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole has informed the general public to beware of fraudulent people who operate fake Facebook account in the name of the state commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni.
He said the police boss is not a social media fanatic and he does not have anything to do with the fake accounts in his name on Facebook.
Famous-Cole then warned those behind the criminal act to desist or face the full wrath of the law.
Hiss tatement reads:
'This is to inform the general public that the Lagos state commissioner of police, CP Fatai Owoseni does not operate a facebook account.
It is necessary to inform the public about this, so as to avoid any fraudulent activities through any claim of a Facebook account operated by the Lagos state commissioner of police.
Those involved in such fraudulent acts are hereby warned to desist from such deviant behaviour or face the full wrath of the law'.
