Blac Chyna's Mum Finally Speaks up About The Drama Between Rob Kardashian And Her Daughter

Rob Kardashian's ex mother-in-law to be" - was how Blac Chyna's mother, Tokyo Toni described herself as she announced that she was finally going to weigh in on the drama between Ron and Chyna, and also address all the parties involved. She said:

"Hello world, this is Tokyo Toni, and I'm going to be sending a video out onto social media about Rob and Chyna, the Kardashians, the media, the lawyers, which will be Miss Bloom (Chyna's lawyer), as well as Rob Shapiro (Rob's lawyer).

"I believe that I have all rights to say what I have to say. Why? Because I feel somewhat in the middle of what's going on and this isn't a good feeling for me. I try to remain silent because I was always told silence is golden, however untrue.

"I want to speak on everything that's going on, I'm going to give my opinion, I'm going to give facts. Why? Because I'm Dream's grandmother, Chyna's mother, King Cairo's grandmother and Rob Kardashian's ex-mother-in-law-to-be."

Parthenon Of Books: Artist Uses 100,000 Banned Books To Build A Full-Size Parthenon At Historic Nazi Book Burning Site

Argentinian artist Marta Minujín, 74, has created a monumental replica of the Greek Parthenon from 100,000 copies of banned books. According to the artist, it symbolizes the resistance to political repression. The Parthenon of Books in Kassel, Germany is part of the Documenta 14 art festival. With the help of students from Kassel University, Minujín identified over 170 titles that were or are banned in different countries around the world, and constructed the full-size replica of the iconic temple from those books, plastic sheeting, and steel. But probably what is Germany's most controversial book – Adolf Hitler's “Mein Kampf” – will not figure on the Parthenon. And for a good reason: the Nazis were notorious censors of books. FG seeks more input into civil service reforms

The Federal Government is receiving more inputs from civil societies and other stakeholders to strengthen the National Strategy for Public Service Reforms (NSPSR). This was disclosed yesterday in Abuja by the Director-General of the Bureau for Public Service Reforms (BPSR) Dr Joe Abah at the Revalidation Session of the NSPSR. He said the reforms was first articulated and completed in 2009 as a coordinating mechanism for integrated reforms but articulated recent issues like the Treasury Single Account (TSA) and improvement in the budgeting system. According to him, although key aspects of the strategy have been implemented, it has never formally been approved by the Federal Executive Council (FEC). The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF) Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita who is the Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee on the reforms, said it was aimed at developing and deepening the capacity of government to consistently translate national strategic intents into action....
